Buyer reviewMrs. Harris was honest, dedicated and truly had the best interest in making sure my wife and I found the home of our dreams. The market has been very strange over the past few years, but she made sure to educate us on what was right or wrong, and we never felt overwhelmed during the entire process. My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and going to Linda was the best decision we have ever made - she better not ever retire because we are absolutely going to call her again when we are ready to purchase our next home! She was also very informative when it came to us deciphering what is considered a"good" home vs. a "bad" home - her knowledge of the areas we were looking to buy was amazing. She is a perfectionist in her craft, and I honestly don't know why anyone would want to use another agent when buying a home in San Diego. Her communication and transparency was amazing, and the 3-week escrow process went by so smooth it was unreal. I could go on forever, LINDA IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!

When I made the decision to retire and move out of state, I knew she was the one for my selling journey, As soon as my home went on the market, interest rates rose. Linda wisely advised my to lower my price to keep competitive. Linda scheduled showings and sometimes met the realtors and provided feedback. She repeatedly checked the house and watered the plants - always going above expectations. Linda has great negotiation skills and was professional while representing both me and the buyers of my home. While in escrow, Linda met with inspectors and repair professionals. While she was on vacation, she handled everything by phone or computer and made arrangements for the watering of the plants and provided another agent to let the buyers in to do their inspections. Did you know she was on vacation? Not really. Everything was handled professionally. And one of the best things about Linda is the way she truly cares about everyone involved in the transaction. She is the BEST. I appreciate her for all she has done to sell my home and highly recommend her as a true professional.
