Seller reviewDiana was wonderful. Went way beyond necessary. Bob was well experienced and personable as well. Diana had great staying power and kept the sale alive. Diana kept the lines of communication open between buyer and seller. She kept calm and understanding and I feel she contributed a great deal to the successful close of our sale.

Seller reviewI knew I liked Diana Kern from the start. She was concerned about some issues I had and worked with me on it. After I listed my house with her, I saw more of her "true colors", One of a caring heart, one that goes beyond her call of duty, and one that wears many hats. This last move was extremely hard with having to move out sooner than I wanted from excited happy buyers. She even helped me through that process as well. She is very thorough - extremely. Although I have not purchased a home from her yet, I can trust that she will be "nit picking" everything to make sure that I am protected in my purchase as she was in the sale of my home! She is very detailed oriented. She has been like family and even loves my dog! When I absolutely could not take my dog once and there was a showing she took her and my dog loved her. She is great a being a problem solver and in helping ease the burden of moving. I might add that she presents the best open houses of any Realtor I have ever used or any open house I have been too. And the flyers amazed me. Not only in vivid color but with thick paper that wasn't cheap. She is also one that simply doesn't give up! I am looking forward to buying a house with Diana. If it is out there - she will find it! I would recommend her highly!
