Jason was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond assisting us during the sales process. Even though selling a home can be stressful, Jason brought a sense of calm to the process and made it a easy as possible.

Jason showed much more interest and initiative than any other agent we contacted. He was immediately responsive, and quick to do what he said he would do. We bought our house remotely, and he was always happy to drive across town to do a video walkthrough of a house for us, even if he really couldn't have been all that happy to drive that often. We sent him all over the place, almost every day, often more than once per day. He was never anything by happy and friendly while doing so. After we were under contract he drove to the house several times to check on things or answer a question we had while planning out the move to the new house. We also had a few issues with our lender's assistant, due to inexperience, that Jason resolved quickly. We learned to just contact him, and not the lender, when this type of stuff happened. He knew, sometimes better than the lender, how the process worked and there was never a moment where we did not know what was going on thanks to Jason. I will absolutely be referring anyone I know in the Nashville area to Jason in the future.

I can't begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the home buying experience I had with Jason Richarson. Due to a series of setbacks selling my Kentucky home, I lost 2 homes I would have otherwise purchased here. Jason not only worked 3 times as hard and three times as long to get me into my wonderful Tennessee home, he was extremely helpful in getting me information to overcome the issues with the sale of my other home. To say he went above and beyond would be an extreme understatement. Honestly, he was recommended so highly by more than one person, I was skeptical of one person's ability to be so awesome... now I know he's 10 times more awesome than that. I have officially joined the growing number of people who will never work with, or recommend, anyone but Jason ever again!
