Seller reviewI have known Richard for a number of years now. I knew he was in real estate but was never in the market to sell one until recently, do to a parental loss. Richard was very accomodating and understanding with our schedule to prepare the property for sale and then was off and running when we gave the green light. He used the expected marketing techniques and kept in communication on every showing. When we needed to make some adjustments, he communicated that need and made them. Once there was interest in the property, Richard was good and communicating our needs to the buyer and coordinated with the buyer's agent really well. Everything seemed to run like clockwork when the home was under contract and Richard was present during the closing process. Very happy with the results.
