Seller reviewFrom our first meeting Ginger outlined the necessary steps to get my home "show ready". She addressed some items that needed attention that I possibly might have overlooked. Ginger scheduled a professional photographer and videographer to showcase the house for maximum appeal. If I had any questions Ginger responded immediately to address my concerns and stayed on top of all necessary paperwork in a timely manner. After reviewing comps we arrived at a competitive listing price. Our first weekend after going live we had three offers over listing price and closed the deal in one week! Ginger is a person of high morals and integrity with a warm and outgoing personality. I highly recommend Ginger if you are considering listing or buying a property.
