Helen always listened to me about what it was that I wanted in a home. I have very odd hours at work and Helen was wonderful about working around my work schedule. No matter what time of day or night I could look at houses, she was willing to show them to me. At times I was worried about such a large purchase and if I was going to be able to afford it. Helen would tell me that she would never sell me a home that I would be uncomfortable with the price. Helen was very understanding of my fears and would always lay them to rest. Helen never tried to push me into something that I did not want. I would recommend Helen to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent, She is very knowledgeable about the community, reliable and honest. Helen listens to what you want and finds it for you.

Susan Phillips works very hard for you. We became raving fans of her when she helped us get into our first house 20 years ago. We loved her then and even more now. Her professionalism, integrity, constant drive to close of escrow are just some highlighted qualities Susan has..... Susan upheld our best interest while balancing difficult situations the seller was going thru. She was very comfortable and knowledgeable the all the paper work, mineshafts in the area, local regulations, building codes, active with constant comparing comps with the home we purchased, and had lots of connections in the area with septic, home inspectors, pest control companies etc. Susan was always open to our input. She led us thru this process with integrity, confidence and enjoyment. Susan was a big part of making this transaction enjoyable even though we dealt with many difficult situations. Even though the property was being sold to settle a trust, which was very difficult with a squabbling family, Susan was quick to iron out any bumps, catch any missed items, and brought to the table fairness. Susan was also over the top with being available for us day, night, weekends, etc. as well as keeping in constant communication with any progress or changes that arose. Simply said, we couldn't ask for a better representative. She Rocks!
