Will forever be grateful that he was my agent its like he was god sent because we were looking for such a long time almost got ready to give up in the process and then found juan and he definitely brought us back from that .Besides being a great agent he is a amazing person you guys are lucky to have some one like him in your team. Seller reviewI had called Century 21 Now, looking for a broker I had worked with previously. She had moved, but Juan was so pleasant and professional on the phone we asked if he was an agent. After a good conversation, we felt we could really work with Juan, that he understood the circumstances of selling the family home. We made an appointment to meet the next day, signed on, and home was sold within seven days. That's results, and all parties were happy. My sister and I would like to express our appreciation and many thanks to Mr. Juan Patino at Century 21 Now for helping us sell our family home in Riverside in March 2021. He was very pleasant, conscientious and professional throughout the selling process. Mr. Patino kept us informed every step of the way in a complicated transaction involving much paperwork and negotiations. We would definitely recommend and rely on Mr. Patino's experience in any future real estate transactions.
