Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Buyer reviewKelly, Forrest and Hayley did an excellent job of selling our home (full offer in 4 days) with a seamless transaction. The purchase of our new home required some extra negotiations and it was mitigated professionally and they kept the purchase on track. The consistant and instant communications were extremely helpful, especially when dealing with 2 negotiations at once. They made the process so much easier. I don't think we would have closed both deals as easily if it hadn't been for Kelly and her team.

All of our questions help us with anything we might need, and I keep us completely informed and everything that was going on. Seller reviewWe had our home listed previously with a well established realtor on the peninsula. Unfortunately our home sat stagnant on the market for months with very few showings and no offers, and with no real advice on what we could do to attract buyers. After multiple referrals from friends and other professionals in the real estate industry we decided it was time for a change and gave Kelly and her team a try. The team quickly moved into action, walking through the property and providing an honest assessment and what could be done to attract buyers with a well thought out plan. We wisely took their advice and worked closely with them to put the plan into motion. The result was we received full asking price on our property in under 48 hours of the property going live on the market. This fact speaks for itself. Communication was excellent with fast reaction times and always professional. I have delt with multiple realtors and real estate companies over the years. This team is BY FAR THE BEST!!!

Buyer reviewOnly giving clients 1000 characters is a disservice, but we will try our best to summarize! In short, Kelly and team are the best in the area. Selling and moving homes is already stressful enough, but the Legacy team made the process as smooth as possible. Kelly's knowledge of the area, market, & her clients is unmatched. Despite working through several large hurdles that seemed impossible, Kelly kept calm and supportive, always giving advice and keeping our goal in sight. She will do anything to get her clients their dream home; but, it never felt like it was only about the sale. Kelly, Forrest & Hayley genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our family, fur babies included! When all hope seemed lost, the Legacy team worked overtime to get us our home. Their communication skills are top-notch, always keeping us updated, even if there was no update. Kelly was always available to answer any question and calm us down.
