Seller reviewI was very impressed at Geoff's depth of knowledge with regards to every aspect of selling my house (there was a bit more to it than I had anticipated!). He was able to answer most questions without any hesitation and unintimidated to consult with the main office when necessary. Geoff also presented me with more things to consider than I had thought about. His patience in talking me through some possible scenarios is SO MUCH APPRECITATED; this was an added level of putting my mind at ease. Gaining confidence in having Geoff Herpok as my agent was seamless because of his innate ability to combine professionalism with approachability. His knowledge along with trustworthiness speak volumes -- the 'whole ball of wax' as the saying goes!
