Heather's always on point. She used comps & data to sway the Seller's Agent to accommodate our request. I've been in the Mortgage business for 27+ years. I know many Realtors & Brokers. I've done business with Heather on other transactions for years. I've watched Heather's professionalism for years. Heather is one of the best negotiators I know. I would not want to be on the other side of the transaction that Heather was negotiating. She's a kitten on the outside, and a tiger on the inside. Heather's ability to make a deal come together where everyone feels like the won a little is a great attribute. There was no question when considering whom to select as my Buyer's Agent that Heather was at the top of a short list.
