Seller reviewLisa was very knowledgeable about the market in my area. Because of that her strategy was excellent. She priced the house right and it sold during first 2 open houses and over asking. Lisa's strategy paid off. Would highly recommend Lisa to anyone. She was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the realty market and had the best plan to sell my House. Excellent!! Would highly Rez her to anyone. Such a pleasure to work with.

Because I had heard what a great job she did with others we hired her to sell my parents home a few years back. She did a such a great job- it sold in the first open house. He told me that Lisa was very well informed on the areas we were looking in to and that she would put forth her best effort to find us a home that met or exceeded our expectations. After giving us a glowing review that is when we decided to contact Lisa for our house hunting experience. Lisa acted very swiftly in putting in our offer when we found the house we were interested in and even got back to us later that evening to advise us our offer was accepted. Her professionalism throughout the entire process can not be praised enough. She kept us informed of any changes and actions we had to take care of all in a very timely manner. Just from hearing other stories from friends and family about their experiences buying a house during this time, we are forever grateful and very lucky to have had someone like Lisa assist us in buying our first home.
