She knew I was not happy about having to make this move, so she went the extra mile in listening to my concerns and feelings. Then from a financial standpoint, making that sale quickly and bringing in a price over listing was especially helpful to my situation. Just know that I am very grateful to have had Wanda' Fitzhugh's guidance in what could easily have been an anguishing experience. I am now settled in my new apartment and very much at peace with how everything transpired. Wanda Fitzhugh helped me sell my last house as well as some rental property, and she got me a great return - over the listed price. Based on that experience, I called on her again to sell my other house. She was awesome!
