She did such an outstanding job in helping me find my house that I had no doubt I was going to ask her to help me in selling my house. Tammy did a very professional job. Not only was she efficient and full of great ideas on how to get my house ready for sale, but she does all of this while treating the client in a friendly and thoughtful manner.

She knew the market and exactly what price point I should sell my house. She gave an estimate on timeframe it would take to sell my house and she was exactly right. I would definitely use her services again.

Her candor and honesty helped me decide to put the house on the market I was difficult to get in contact with several times, which I am sure was frustrating. Tammy never let on and was always respectful of the time differences and went out of her way to contact me at times that were convenient to me.
