Buyer reviewI am very happy with Gioconda Pulido and Century21 Realty, They are a top notched real estate agency with a professional staff that fights for their clients. At this time it is a sellers market and very unfriendly to buyers, but with Gio and Century21 I was able to counter offer and get a deal that was acceptable to me.

Buyer reviewSince day one Gio was ready to work and help us find our home. Gio gather the details of what we were looking for. She immediately had a list of homes for us. She was available on the weekends to go view the homes. During the the negotiation Gio was quick to communicate with us and the other agent. During escrow Gio and her team were accessable to ask questions, they made the process go smoothly. Once closing escrow again Gio and Armida were quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend Gio. Gio is more than an agent she is our friend. Thank you Gio, Thank you Armida, Thank you Century 21.
