Seller reviewGeorge was a Consummate Professional thru out the trying Covid-19 Pandemic and the effects it had on my buyers. George priced the house a bit low, and told me we would sell it in 1 day(my request), with multiple cash offers. As he predicted, we had 12 cash offers in 8 hours on the market. George knows real estate and has 40+ years as Principal broker of his own firm with dozens of agents. He knows it all and I'm so glad i chose to hire him and his company. Other than absolute crooks for buyers, everything was just as George told me it would be. I got over asking price cash, George went out of his way to locate me interim financing to carry me thru the closing, George is a thorough and tough negotiator, you deserve the best . Always Answered his phone when I called.. no voicemail messages to deal with.

Seller reviewMr. Gamble wasn't excellent listener, came up with comps that were comparable to the ones I found myself as a realtor. Upon review of our situation we agreed-upon a sales price. He knows our market he knows how to differentiate price between ZIP Codes thereby I acquired the highest price for my property. When a seller gets top dollar for a property in a short amount of time with professional service and a knowledgeable Realtor it's always a win win situation. I did not look him up on any review sites. I went for a brand that was successful, that based on his licensing record he was a man of many years experience and knowledgable of the area. I recommend him highly. He's a great negotiator. I wanted somebody in the near vicinity that knew the area who is qualified with years of experience.I wanted somebody that would be available to do the job upon request with no delay. Mr. Gamble was receptive to my needs in regards to the time I had available. When I called him to list the home on short notice he arrived at the time specified with Area comparables and all paperwork ready to sign; which was what I had requested in our phone call. He took me seriously and complied with my request within a three hour period.
