Lourdes not only served as my realtor, but made the whole project possible by serving as my interior designer and my construction supervisor. She was able to speak with the Spanish-speaking subs, and rode herd on the whole thing. She also provided staging that made the house very attractive. Her analysis of the comps proved to be spot-on and so the asking price seemed to be just right.
