Seller reviewWhen we bought our condo, Tracy was the selling agent. She impressed us then with her service. So, when we decided to sell said condo, we called Tracy. We met with her and told her what we wanted to do. From that point on, she did all the work. She got us the price we were asking and it only took a few weeks to sell the unit. She went out of her way to help us get the unit ready and make sure it had "curb-appeal". She negotiated with the buyer so that we did not have to pay for anything the buyer wanted. That's not easy and in the seven properties I've owned and sold, this is the first one where the agent was able to do that. We enjoyed working with Tracy because she is friendly and was easy to work with. We would recommend her and use her again should the need arise. You couldn't get better agent.
