I wanted someone that would represent me in a professional manner, someone that I would trust without hesitation, someone that I knew would have my best interest first and foremost and someone that cared about me as a person, not just a client. Patient doesn't begin to describe Penny! I am a very detailed person and always want immediate ongoing answers to questions and expect them timely just like I do in my business. I do not always find this type of person in the reality business, but Penny was always accessible, respectful, helpful, understanding and dependable. I chose her over a close personal friend because of these attributes. I am a first time home buyer. I had no clue as to what I was doing. Penny was extremely patient and talked to me in a way that I understood. I travel a lot for work and when I couldn't be there, she was there to represent me 100% - went beyond expectations.
