I don't think I have ever known anyone who works as hard for her clients as Lori does. I had no doubt about her capabilities, but what completely blew us away was how she tirelessly worked to help us get our home ready for market, patiently answered my millions of questions, and didn't try to push us into accepting an offer lower than we had set out minds to. Seller reviewWe've known Lori Clements since the mid-90's and had gained trust in how she relates to others as well as her knowledge of real estate sales. We also were impressed with her knowledge of the legal and business-related paperwork requirements. Lori Clements had excellent knowledge of market trends and timing. Realizing that we were at the tail-end of the traditional sales season, Lori provided us with realities in pricing the home and had marketing ideas in order to attract potential buyers. She also provided advice in staging of the home for best impression. Lori did what was necessary to keep the marketing and advertising of our property a priority. Lori Clements really understood the aspects of our sale and as hurdles came up along the way, Lori had a solution to keep the process rolling to closure. Lori Clements had command of the entire process from beginning to end. She did offer advice but at all times, she allowed us make the final decision regarding pricing, open houses, marketing, etc. We felt we were in good trusted hands with Lori Clements.
