Anthony is a great agent. On the buying end 17 years ago he did a deep dive into a property we were going to offer on and determined that the city was going to build out a park across the street from it. Now when I pass that house on the way to work at 9 PM on summer nights (pre COVID) there are cars completely filling the parking lot and street and screaming fans watching softball. We would have been miserable there and he saved us from that. On the selling side of the house we did buy from him, he got us a buyer in 11 days, gave us good advice during the negotiations and everything went really smooth. We waited 17 years betweent he buy from Anthony and the sell and it was one of the best decisions we've made.
