Buyer reviewThis is our first home. So we were unsure of who to talk to and we felt a lot of other brokers just want to take advantage of wouldn't really pay attention to us since we were first time homebuyers. And Rita came along and she was super sweet super understanding and was more than happy to help us being first time homebuyers. And she was extremely patient which is much appreciated. She was excellent in all the above. We have two young ones that would come along with us when we looked at houses. Both under the age of three. So they are very loud and thought Rita would get annoyed by us. But Rita assured us that it's OK and their kids. Kids are going to make noise. So I just felt like we really connected on that level since she has grandchildren. And understands. Being first time homebuyers we had lots and lots of questions. Some of which we thought were dumb questions but wanted to ask anyways so that way we can be 100% sure. And Rita said she rather have us ask questions than us be lost. And I really really appreciate that. Rita was just above and beyond for us. We will forever be grateful. They don't teach you the stuff in school. And me and my husband are not even 25 yet. So this was definitely a learning process for us and challenging at some parts.( especially doing it on our own. We are the first in our family to buy a home so we did not have any help from anyone.) But it was a journey we will never forget. Everyone that we worked with like Rita, First American title company and our lender. Always there to answer our questions. Which made it and overall excellent sales experience. We would 1000% recommend Rita Erickson To anyone that just wants someone to understand their needs. And who will be patient with them through this journey in life.

Seller reviewI thoroughly compared several other local agents, even some referrals from friends, before making our decision. We concluded Rita and Century 21 remained the optimal and best choice, especially after meeting again with Rita and receiving her presentation and overview. We made the right choice. The century 21 concierge service was remarkable and unbelievably resourceful in helping to facilitate our needs. Even several issues we weren't even aware of, the representative aggressively pursued resolutions to everything. Have used this agent twice. Both for the purchase and later again for the sell of the property. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend. Covid guidelines restricted open houses but Rita was excellent adjusting to the current situation. Thoroughly and aggressively advertised online, also promoted property with other local agents representing potential buyers. Immediately had requests for viewing appointments and had multiple offers within 8 days regardless of the limitations. Only agent that accurately and confidently estimated the proper value of the property. She had the highest communication, very thorough, kind and personal disposition.
