Buyer reviewI am impressed at the speed in which Ms. Murray found me a good deal in the property I bought! She worked tirelessly. Even on holidays- like the Fourth of July- she was sending bids to prospective sellers! It paid off! I am "Real Satisfied" about that! My property purchase was the second in the family in a 4-month period. I would put Ms. Murray's contribution to the buying experience as" Expediency through Professional Experience". Besides displaying all the above characteristics in an excellent way, Ms. Murray sent clear and timely communications via emai, texting, or telephone as the situation merited. she kept me abreast of upcoming deadlines, answered my questions, and referred me to the experts on questions about lending, construction, roofing, etc. I think it takes a strong and dedicated Realtor, like Ms. Murray, to recognize and source someone else's expertise for the benefit of the client.

Cindy made sure to make us aware of every step, change, or problem that came up. Given the current situation with COVID-19, she also made sure to adapt to the ever changing home buying landscape. One of the first that impressed me with Cindy is how often and well she communicated. I never had to wait long to get a response back or have any of my many questions answered by Cindy. I felt like I could ask her anything and she had a response! Cindy is also very funny and approachable, which made this process much less stressful! I don't think we could have gone with anyone else other than Cindy. She not only helped us through the whole process, but alleviated a lot of the stress of buying a home (especially during these crazy times). I would recommend Cindy to anyone looking to buy or sell!
