As every home sale is different, and watching others going through the same process, I am glad that we worked with Gloria Borillo. She analyzed the market and its trend in our area and made the necessary adjustments to the marketing plan which brought in an enormous amount of traffic which led to offers on the home. As we were preparing to sell do to a company re-location, Gloria was thorough with her inspections of our property and reached into her experience to suggest marketing ideas, tips and hints that ended up better promoting the great things about our home, while making it comfortable to continue living there until we moved. Gloria is full of fun, wisdom, spirit, enthusiasm and experience. I did not have to worry about any tradesmen, as she had a rolodex full of highly qualified people that were there to help at great prices. I would definitely work with her again.
