Buyer reviewWe really enjoyed working with John he was one who was able to get it done. He was on top of the process and fair in the negotiation. We were lucky to have him as our agent. He has been doing this for so many years that he is extremely well versed in the area and gave us excellent advise on how we could make the house our own with pragmatic modifications. I would highly recommend John.

Seller reviewI have known John for many years. We have worked together in several different capacities. John has always been there to reassure me and help calm my nerve. I interviewed other brokers for my transaction but when it came down to making my decision I realized I couldn't imagine doing all this without John. His knowledge and professionalism are truly top notch. john handled all aspects of the transaction on his own. The only other person I dealt with was Barbara Smith at the Title Company and she was also a delight, as always. Which gave me peace of mind and eliminated any miscommunications. I have also used John in the past for re-financing my mortgage loan. Each and every time I have felt like I had my hand held through te process and never worried about missing a deadline or feeling pressured in any way. I can't say enough about John and would definitely use his services again if given the opportunity!
