To whom it may concern, There is not enough room on this page to let you know just how special Dixie has been to me in this process, iIt is as if we have been long life friends, once I had let her know I wanted to see this house she made it happen!! The next morning she had no hesitation at 9:30 at night she called me back and arranged the next morning which was a Sunday! I have to tell you I looked at other homes in a different county and I could Not get an agent to show me a house, there was Dixie across the parking lot big beautiful smile on her face Good morning!! Isn't it a gorgeous day! I said thank you for coming on a Sunday such short notice, she said it's my pleasure, I knew in that moment she was some kinda gal we talked like old friends, showed me the house, told me the good and the bad very honestly speaking, and I like that, did not mind that I took my time to look think about it, I wanted to show my friend, she didn't mind coming back several times for my inspections, we went to lunch talked about our lives, she's professional and has become a friend that I will absolutely treasure. And went to bat for me when I asked to lower the price she wasn't worried about her commission, she wanted me happy! We have definitely developed a friendship, I will continue even after this and look forward too !
