And boy, she did! She helped us find a terrific home where we can start our next chapter! Andrea was able to point out little things that could make or break the house and was so informative. Buyer reviewWe have been planning to move to Northern Michigan, from California, for several years. We told Andrea what we were looking for and what price we would pay. She guided us through the search process and eased our concerns when it became difficult to find our dream house within our budget. When we decided on "the house" and learned that we would not make it to Michigan to view the house and make an offer before the deadline, Andrea was able to reach out to the seller's agent and arrange for us view the house AND actually meet the seller's in person. The seller's allowed our offer to be included with several others they were considering. Thankfully the seller's accepted our offers over a more lucrative one. This was all because Andrea went the extra mile to get us in the game before the buzzer sounded. We are very grateful to have had Andrea as our agent and will recommend her to anyone and everyone.
