We felt it was critical to choose a local agent who was familiar with the area. We had been made aware that Ryan had recently sold 2 properties in our area. I had dealt with a different Century 21 agency with the sale of my parents' home a few years ago, and the realtor we had was absolutely awful. This made an already difficult time so much worse. This time we were so fortunate to hit it right with Ryan. Ryan was awesome! I understand the market isn't what it used to be, and houses are selling quickly but Ryan was great. As a seller you have so much going on with planning your move, packing up and just the uneasiness of the whole process as this is not something you do every day. In our case I feel I am pretty organized, however with my husband out of state to start his new job I was on my own to prep the house to be listed and preparing myself physically and mentally for my upcoming out of state move I was doing my best to keep it altogether. Ryan would check in, always kept me updated on everything I need to know at all times. Any time I had a question, and I have a lot of questions, I would reach out to Ryan. There were times I reached out to him that were not during your typical workday hours, it was whenever something came to mind, and I needed to get the thought out of my head I would send him a text before I forgot. Not one time did Ryan ever make me feel like it was not the right time to reach out. He was always professional and responsive. Ryan followed up when he needed to which allowed me to my packing and not worry about what was next because he was always on top of the next step and communicated with me. He reminded me of what was next at all times when needed. I could go on and on about Ryan. To make a long story short, I feel Ryan was amazing in his role. Honestly speaking both my husband and I originally thought the commission was a little bit high as we were not familiar with your agency or Ryan, but now I would say he was worth every bit of that. He is awesome and we would refer him to anyone and feel confident anyone else would be just as satisfied. Please thank him again for us. I had so much stress coming at me in so many directions with all I had on my plate at one time I thought I wasn't going to get through it all. However, the process from beginning to the very end went so smoothly for me because of Ryan. At the end as we packed up our home to head down to North Carolina there was some stuff we just needed to get rid of and with already leaving a day late and my husband needing to get back we had to leave, and Ryan was so willing to take care of and follow up with getting rid of some of our stuff. He was so understanding and easy to work with, at one point I made a last-minute change and Ryan was completely understanding and readjusted what he had to do on his end to accommodate me without ever showing any signs of being annoyed or frustrated, he just jumped onboard and ran with it. Ryan made a stressful situation run extremely smooth and simple. He is the man!! Ryan Fonesca is amazing in his role and just in general a nice authentic person!!
