It's an absolute delight to work with Sheryl. We feel very lucky to have met her. She has abundance of local knowledge, attention to detail, very deligent and extremely patient. She never pushed us into buying any property when we were on the fence. She spent enormous amount of time to understand our specific requirements and she knew us like the back of her hand. She knew our taste so much that she would be able to make a spot on decision (reject / recommend) when we sent her online listings. The one virtue we valued the most was her politeness and patience. She would look at the property in great detail and point out issues to us. We always felt like she was always looking for our best interest even if that meant not closing on a particular home. To top it off, she was extremely responsive. She would answer our texts no matter what day or time of the week it was and she would always find a way to connect with us. This would be our 1st across the board excellent rating for anyone. The overall experience has been absolute pleasure.
