Barbara was EXCELLENT. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She knew exactly what sort of buyer we were hoping for the home and she never lost sight of that. She was SO CONSIDERATE of our feelings (we were selling our family home) and never lost sight of that. Through the entire process, she became like a sister to us. She was PERFECT. We were very blessed and fortunate to have been able to work with her. Again, Barbara was PERFECT and WONDERFUL. Absolutely the best to work with. We cannot say enough great things about working with her. She always kept us informed of any and all details that were going on through the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The only other person I can think of was Liz Ponce, the Notary for some of the escrow papers. She also was very nice and very informed as to what needed to be notarized. Barbara Den Hartog was absolutely wonderful to work with. We are beyond pleased that we were able to have her. She was perfect for our family and our needs.

The market evaluation of the property was within $500 of the sale price, received first offers with in 24 hours of going on market and closed escrow on time. Barbara assisted with getting the home sale ready, looked after the property, and keep the escrow process on task. Communication was excellent.
