Vicki is on top of a wide range of details such as real estate legal questions, properly assessing home improvements such as electrical, roof, etc and had licensed contractors available to do work, and how to best market the house.

Not one single complaint. Went above and beyond in her diligence for the sale. And, was exceptionally professional in being both the selling and buying agent.

Vicki Mangold is a leader in the field of realtors. I had used her years ago when I bought my home, and now when I'm selling. She has always maintained a professional relationship and my past dealings with her led me to refer her to family and friends. When it came time to selling my home, Vicki was my 1st thought. She answered all of my questions and provided options when I began to waver between staying and selling. Throughout the selling (and buying) processes, Vicki was super organized which made my life easier. Selling and buying a house are stressful, but doing both while working and dealing with some health issues made it a bit overwhelming at times. I went to where Vicki was working. Excellent in all she did. Rated higher than excellent with the move-out as we had some issues and Vicki saved my sanity. I used Vicki when I bought my home years ago. I have referred her to others, including family members over the years and I was consistently given fantastic reviews. That and my prior excellent dealings with Vicki had me choose her again. I did not shop around. She was patient while I went through the I'm not sure I really want to sell phase.
