Seller reviewBack in 2006/2007, my parents was looking for a realtor to help with purchasing a investment property. There were many realtor but they need someone who can speak Mandarin and help guide the process of purchasing a short sale or for closure property. Some how they found Lin and it was the best choice. Lin helped my parents with the purchasing process and even help to provide some guidance of how to be a property manager and getting setup for real estate rental income. Since the purchase, we were very lucky to find good to excellent tenants, with Lin's advise. More importantly, she went above and beyond to give her trusted advise on maximizing our property value. Now in 2022, we are ready to sell our rental property. Lin was there again to help guide the selling process. The sale was very smooth and quick. She help with the terms and selling price with buyer's agent. All when very smooth. Could not have ask more on the sale process. Thank you Lin.
