Buyer reviewI met Mike through a friend and he exceeded every expectation I had. At first, I wasn't too sure of what I wanted in a home. All I knew was that I wanted to own a duplex and rent out the other half, but I didn't know what I needed to look for. Mike went on every showing with me and made sure to teach me along the way. He showed me what was cheap to fix and what was expensive to replace and that gave me a clear lens to look through when we were searching for a home. And writhing about two months we found a great deal on a duplex, and within another month I was getting the keys. He was with me during my first home, and I hope he'll be with me the rest of my journey. Would recommend his services to anyone.
