Simply put, Will Bredeson is the only realtor we'll ever use! He could work for any company or start his own, I'd wait if he was busy and I trust him unconditionally. There is not a better realtor in the state in my opinion. His honest personality, knowledge and integrity creates the perfect combination to put you in the best property under your circumstances. I've referred him to several people, and everyone is very thankful to have Will Bredeson on their side. Will's attention to every detail through every process is exactly what every client needs at the time. Buying/selling a home is defiantly stressful with a lot happening in a very short time frame. Having someone to keep things straight and organized and moving forward is a blessing. It's incredibly apparent this is not just a job for Will, but a passion. Will's passion and personality are definitely a huge factor of what makes him the best. He will tell you what he thinks even when he knows it's not what you want to hear. He truly cares about what is best for his clients and in my own experience would not let us settle ever when the market was hard to find what we wanted at the time.
