I started my career as a Realtor in 1993. My clients have said they appreciate that I respond quickly and assist in giving recommendations on qualified professionals that are needed throughout a transaction.

I was married in Oct. 1991 to my husband, Dana, who's a custom builder. We reside in Kingston where we have raised our 3 children, Dana Mc, Brendan and Natalie. We have worked together flipping properties on the south shore for many years.

* Last 2 yrs of high school I attended Northeast Vocational in Wakefield, MA. Graduated 1981, received Cosmetology license.

Patricia Nemes was very accessible and responsive. She lined up and we visited 12 properties over a weekend and had a working contract for the home we purchased days later. She schooled the other realtor broker and was much more informed about the transaction requirements. Her long-term relationships with an inspector and real estate attorney greatly helped to get the deal closed quickly.

Patti had previously sold our son a property and was recommended by him and we were very happy to have dealt with her and Century 21 Could not have made the process any simpler. Patti was outstanding, Century 21 handled everything as we expected. Part of our situation, was that we were going to be out of state two weeks prior to the closing Patti handled all the details for us to set us at ease, so we had no worries Patti was A1 class through the whole process

Patti was recommended to us by a close friend who had a great experience in purchasing his first home. We trusted his recommendation, and when speaking with Patti for the first time she answered all of our questions and was very prompt and responsive. She made us feel comfortable and gave us as much knowledge as possible. She also put us in contact with a great mortgage agent who made the process of buying a home as smooth as possible. Patti helped us get the best price for our home and put the offer in as soon as possible. She put us in contact with all the right people for inspections and reminded us of any documentation needed in order for closing day to go well without any issues. Patti is very friendly and approachable. She made buying my first home as least stressful as possible. Also, she was very good at keeping in contact with the sellers and negotiating any needs we had with them. She was with us every step of the way and any questions we had she would find the answer to.
