Elaine is amazing, she was always available when we had questions and provided amazing support through out our entire home buying journey. We will always recommended her to friends and family. Miss Elaine helped me and my family choose the right house. She went over every detail and made sure we knew what was going on and stayed in touch everyday through the entire process. She made sure our paperwork was up to par and if i had any questions, she would answer everything for us. When showing us houses. She would go over all of the details and made sure we knew what we were looking at since this was our first house purchase. Throughout the whole process, Elaine was very patient with us as we are first time buyers. It was very easy to communicate with her and she always provided timely responses to any questions. If she did not have an answer right away, she would always work on getting us an answer. She was also very understanding and knowledgeable when explaining the details of closing and any questions we had about the buying process. Elaine was absolutely amazing! She helped me so much knowing that I was a first time buyer and living in a different state. She explained everything and helped me to understand everything that was going on. She took care of a lot of things herself since I was out of state and I couldn't always be there.
