Seller reviewHe took the time to explain everything to me. Even when I thought it was probably a stupid question he gave me the answer and in a way I could understand. James was amazing. I had never sold a house before and he took every phone call or text to answer all my questions in a very timely matter. He took as much time as I needed to understand every aspect of the sale and of the paperwork. He had to stay on top of the buyers realtor to get the buyer to get their part of the paperwork on time. I feel he did the job of the buyer realtor and his own. He stayed on top of every aspect of this sale.. I believe he went above and beyond for me. I will recommend him to everyone I know..
