I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1979. I have held real estate licenses in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Arkansas. My real estate background includes positions such as office manager, sales manager in various companies, and as owner/partner in a five office company in California.
My wife Judi and I relocated to Mountain Home in 1993. We could not be happier with the marvelous lifestyle we have found in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks. We both enjoy golf and gardening.
As a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, I offer knowledge, integrity, and service to my clients when making that important decision of the purchase or selling of real property.

We wrote and signed the contract in one day. We completed inspections, negotiated compensation, sold our house and closed on the new house in about a week. Amazing service!

He explained contract clauses in "simple" terms for me to understand. He helped "prep" the house for showings and was always well prepared for questions from prospective buyers. He always made himself available to communicate with my family about questions they had about my sale. Pete also suggested a realtor for me to contact for future use in Delaware, the state where I am currently looking to purchase a house. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Langan as my realtor and would recommend him to others.
