I bought a home in Florida and decided to sell my primary New York residence. I have had 3-4 recent previous dealings with realtors over the last 2 years so I had some expectation of how matters could pursue to closing. In this instance, Louise was consistent as expected from a realtor with respect to the professionalism required for procedures to expedite the process while offering advise if necessary. After initial conversations, she immediately began rapid showings which were scheduled regularly, giving me regular updates and allowing us to get a few options available. After a few trials with a few possibilities for potential buyers, one emerged to accept the offer for sale. I had to reduce my asking price to get signed contracts. The closing occurred while I am still in another state enjoying my retirement. Thank you Loiuse.

I honestly cannot say enough beautiful things about Louise Delgiudice! I'm so incredibly happy we chose her because our successful purchase would not have been possible without her expertise and professionalism. From the very start, Louise has been an absolute doll. Louise is amazing! I met her back in 2016 or so when I wanted to see a house in City Island... 7 years later, after me changing plans and going back and forth and not making up my mind, I settled on a condo in Putnam County. Louise was there every step of the way ready to show me what ever I wanted to see! And in this crazy 2023 RE market when it came down to the one I decided on, her experience and her experienced network really made the process as smooth as possible! When she could not join me for the Inspection, she had her husband stand in who was in the construction business!!
