The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Their knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with them.

Seller reviewNot only did Cindy Crispell help me sell my house and ansawer all of my questions in a timely manner, but on the day of settlement I caused some damage to the house and she was instrumental in getting everything sorrted out. Cindy took the initiative to make all required calls, changes to paperwork, and even got contractors out on site the day of to get assesments and estimates. I was VERY satisfied with her services and would reccomend her to anyone.
