Seller reviewGladys did an excellent job with the sale of my home. She gave me suggestions on what to do to the house improve the appeal of the home. Once the small improvements were made, the house was listed on the market and in escrow in one day thanks to Gladys's attention to detail and hard work. Gladys managed all hiccups through the transaction with poise. She was was able pickup on information given to her from the buyer's agent that there was an issue with the buyer's financing. She was able to work with buyers agent and lender to help with the issue and get my home closed. I feel very fortunate to have Gladys as my realtor and will recommend her to my family and friends.
