Personal Profile
Dan is a native of Cuba, Alabama a US Army veteran and graduated from the school of Business at Mississippi State University. He came to Pensacola in 1990. Dan is the founder/broker/owner of Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty, the company he started in 2004. He has been an active member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors, and was the 2020 President of the of the organization. He is additionally a member of the Florida Association of Realtors (served on the board of directors multiple years), and the National Association of Realtors (served on the Board of Directors in 2020). He has served as chairman of various other local board committees including Multiple Listing Service, Website, Teller, Nominating, Budget and Finance, Governmental Affairs and Awards Committees. In 2009 Dan Gullahorn was honored to be selected as Pensacola's Realtor of the Year. Presently Dan is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Alabama, and a Florida licensed real estate instructor. Dan previously served the Mid-South zone of CENTURY 21 as it's representative to the prestigious CENTURY 21 National Brokers Communication Congress. (NBCC). Dan currently sits on the Board of Directors for the NW Florida Better Business Bureau.
