We needed some work done on the home before listing-Barbara not only had contacts, but made phone calls, too. I was unavailable for several contractor appointments. No worries, Barbara made sure she could be at the house for them. She stopped by on packing day with spare boxes and encouraging words. I had many questions through the process and Barbara was always quick to respond to my emails, texts and phone calls. Barbara had a strategy for the sale of our home, and less than 48 hours after going active we had two competing offers. From the first appointment to the closing table, I felt like I was part of Team Barbara and it is a winning team, for sure!
