Buyer reviewI am very fortunate to have met Tamra Smilanich several months ago as I was searching for a place to live. The housing crisis has been a tough nut to crack and I was running out of time. Tamra spent a long afternoon last July showing me possible properties as I struggled to make the Bremerton/Silverdale areas my new home. Tamra encouraged me to take my time, get comfortable with my new job, become familiar with the neighboring communities and consider other possible options. One afternoon in September I called her out of the blue for help. She dropped everything she was doing, found 3 properties to show me that same afternoon and by that evening I saw the home I wanted! She attended to all my concerns and questions, ironed out all the wrinkles along the way and most importantly, picked up the phone each time I called. I am sitting here in MY NEW HOME typing this endorsement for Tamra with a BIG SMILE on my face! I have not been this HAPPY in a long time!

She is a hard working go getter and goes the extra mile to help her customers. I am very satisfied and would recommend her to any of my friends. Two previous agents over two years on market with many years experience could not match her skills. She sold a very distressed property within a few months.
