She was always one step ahead yet kept us up to speed and always accessible to answer all our questions. She always fully informed us of the situation step by step, and offered her advise but always let us make our own decisions. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial transactions in your lifetime and it helps to have someone who treats it with that magnitude. The strategy Erma used to negotiate a lease back rather than making our sale contingent to finding a replacement property was genius! That not only allowed us to have a place to live while closing on our new home. That strategy also allowed us to be in a strong position to negotiate the deal of our new home even if we didn't close the sale on our current house yet. The timing worked out perfectly! I know Erma had other staff helping her out but she always dealt with us personally. We never had to go through anybody else for anything. Erma always saw to it that she never left us hanging or pushing us off. Although we can imagine that she had other clients, we always felt like we were the only ones she had and that we had all her attention. I cannot imagine having found our new home with anyone else. She was excellent in weeding out the strongest offer not just jumping at the highest offer and explained the difference clearly to us. We never felt like she was working for a commission but always approached things in our best interest.

Erma was very knowledgeable and willing to help out in any aspect of the sale of our home and was available 24/7. I would recommend her services 100%.
