Seller reviewI would recommended Tammy Keding to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I worked with Tammy to sell our family home of 63 years. From the time of the first contact through the closing, Tammy was great. She took the guess work out of selling a house and walked me through the process step by step. At every step she reached out and communicated what was taking place via phone, email, or text. Since I don't live in Fulton, NY where the house is located, Tammy made it an easy process to sell the house from a short distance. She is very personable and extremely helpful. I cannot stress how easy Tammy made the process and the house sold within days of being on the market. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Tammy for your buying or selling needs. She will accompany you from start to finish and and make what can be a daunting task flow smoothly and leave you very happy with the end result!

Buyer reviewWe sent in a request to view a property and she responded very promptly. The listing agent never got back to us so I sent a request for other agents to respond. She was the first to respond and very wonderful. We were in Florida during part of the process and she went to view houses for us and Facetimed us. She gave us her real opinion not just trying to get us to buy the most expensive house. She answered all of our questions quickly. She responded to texts and emails quickly. The other realtor sucked! But Tammy would keep us informed and continue to message and call him until we got answers.

She was friendly and considerate of my needs from day one. My home sale was an extremely long process and she was patient throughout. She answered the phone or responded any time I called or texted. She communicated any offers right away and explained any terminology that I did not understand. I would highly recommend Tammy Keding to anyone buying or selling a home.
