Background:
1986-1996 I have been a Property Manager for Rental and Condominium Communities. In 1998 I became full-time Realtor in Maryland. I currently hold licenses in DC and VA. I have been a full-time Realtor my entire career.

It's important to listen, to hear the things the customer/client is not saying. To anticipate their needs. Being available to perform tasks which make the transaction as smooth as possible is extremely important. Also, seeking and providing the most accurate information so the best decisions can be made. Being available for appointments when the customer/client can't be there. At the day, I would like for my customer/client to say, "I couldn't have done it without her".

We looked at more than 20 properties...we knew that she had other clients she was working with, her aim was to please all her clients, irregardless of the demands...Ms. Rosalyne was concerned about the needs and satisfaction of her clients. Ms. Rosalyne Chatman worked diligently with us and she had a determination to please her clients. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends...she's the best! Extremely Satisfied!

Seller reviewI had first used Roz 14 years and then 3 years ago to buy houses. We would tell her what houses we wanted to see and she made it happen. She let us alone to look at houses, instead of following closely behind, like a shadow. Then she gave her advice. And she made the buying process so easy for me. I knew I wanted to use her to sell my house. This was the first time selling the house. I didn't want to go inside the house at all and I didn't have to. Roz was very understanding and such a great help. Roz has a got a fighting spirit and I am glad she is on my side!! I don't see myself buying or selling soon, but if I do, it will be with Roz.
