Seller reviewJason was phenomenal the first time we bought, so I knew we had to use him again. This time, we bought a new house first. That was difficult enough alone, but to add the pressure of needing to sell another house quickly to avoid two mortgage payments is terrifying. Jason got us into our new house under list price, and sold our home for way higher than asking. Simply put, his knowledge, savvy, and know-how made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation easy. I highly recommend him.

Jason Failla understands not only market values, but strategically how to use all means to quickly bring attention to your listing as soon as it goes "live". Jason managed the bidding/offer process intuitively. His knowledge of the the competitive landscape & "read" on potential buyers was invaluable as he knew the pros & cons of our listing vs others in our area. On his advice we priced higher than we imagined the house would bring, and still accepted an offer for $12K above asking price. (While other realtors advised us to go far lower). Jason saw to it that our steps leading to closing were seemless doing much legwork voluntarily to insure we closed without issue. All around excellent experience.
