He negotiated to get us a purchase price below what was listed, allowing us to have some funds set aside when we moved in for remodeling. He worked hard to get our inspections taken care of quickly so that we could get keys and move in as soon as humanly possible. He met us early on a Monday morning to sign our contract and close, which we hugely appreciated. Honestly, Marlon is the model of what a real estate broker should be. He was always friendly and easy to talk to. He was patient and understanding, and his communication was always immediate and clear. When we had questions we could rely on him to find us the answers we needed, and to provide explanations so we clearly understood the background. He showed that he truly cared about our family's needs and wanted to meet them. We love Marlon and fully intend to refer our friends to him when they are looking to purchase a home in the area. We were blessed to work with the best in the business!

Marlon is the best person to use when buying or selling a home. He went far above our expectations. We got weekly updates on the market and useful tips throughout our transaction.
