Seller reviewBrenda Rumble's knowledge on market conditions gave me time to do the renovations I needed to do . Brenda knows what the market is looking for with current design such as appliances, colors, flooring as well as landscaping and amenities on the outside. During the renovation Brenda periodically stopped by to check on progress and to keep me grounded and motivated. Brenda had the foresite to know when it was time to up the speed on renovations, two weeks later i got it on the market and in less than a week it sold above asking price, closing within the month.

Seller reviewBrenda Rumball, Real Estate agent with Century 21 North, was very helpful and very professional. She explained all the initial paper work and forms that had to be signed. Mrs Rumball also did a complete market analysis and looked at comparable properties in the area, and by doing so, she recommended a higher selling price than what I had initially asked for. Mrs Rumball then followed up and kept me informed on the progress about any offers from potential buyers. Mrs Rumball also kept me updated on the progress of the escrow/title company, and on any delays regarding the final closing and the transfer of funds. We closed today and it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Brenda to any anybody who wants to buy or sell a property!
