Vicci Fikes handled getting inspections completed and called on a company to do repair work while we were on vacation. She exudes confidence, so I wasn't afraid to accept her suggestions and recommendations. She was exceptionally prompt with communications. We had a small hiccup at the end of the transaction, but I knew, without a doubt, that Vicci would do what she could. I appreciated her help and knowledge. She is phenominal.
